The Billing screen inside your dashboard always shows the current pricing and order limits for your account. If anything below differs from what you see in-app, trust the in-app numbers.

Order-based pricing, explained

What counts as an order?

Yuko counts an order when it reaches a completed / fulfilled status in WooCommerce. Cancelled, refunded, and failed orders do not consume your order quota.Your quota resets on the first day of each billing cycle.
On paid plans, overage is billed at $5 per additional 100 orders. Yuko never stops sending review requests for exceeding the quota — your review flow continues uninterrupted.On the Free plan, orders beyond 50 per month are queued. Upgrade to continue review collection.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.Cancelling reverts your account to the Free plan. You keep all your collected reviews.
Annual billing with a discount is available on Advanced and Growth plans. Contact sales to set it up.

Manage your subscription

Open Billing

In the Yuko Dashboard, click Billing in the sidebar.

Review current usage

The top card shows your plan, the current order count, and renewal date. Use this to gauge when to upgrade.

Change plan

Pick a plan card and click Select Plan. You’ll be redirected to our payment provider to confirm the change.

Update payment method or invoices

Click Manage Subscription on the current subscription card to update card details, download invoices, or cancel.
