# Review Reminder Workflow

> Set up reminder emails nudging customers to complete their pending reviews.

### **Navigation**

Yuko Dashboard → **Workflows → Review Reminder Workflow**

### **Purpose**

Remind customers who haven’t left a review to complete it.\
This workflow gently nudges them with a second email.

### **How It Works**

**Trigger:** X days after “Review Request Email” sent\
**Condition:** Customer has not submitted a review\
**Action:** Send “Review Reminder Email”

### **Setup Steps**

1. Go to **Workflows → Review Reminder Workflow**.
2. Set the **trigger delay** (default: 5 days).
3. Choose the **Review Reminder Email** template.

Save and activate your workflow.
